Maureen Maitland | Quality Control Manager

Mo joined TOG in 2016 as a Garden Educator and is now also the Quality Control Manager. Her focus is on the design aesthetic and maintaining the high quality standards that make TOG gardens extra special. She holds a master’s in humane education and is a certified Holistic Health Counselor. Her work history is diverse, having spent time in corporate training, on a hydroponic farm, on a farm animal sanctuary, and at a small-scale urban production farm in Skokie. She also enjoyed her teaching partnership with CBG’s Windy City Harvest program. Her favorite part of TOG is her connections with the clients and sharing her passion for gardening with the public. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, creating plant-based art, and spending time with her rescue pup.
